The chair for the open side of the table. A light smoked-oak frame of 3 × 3 cm solid sections carries a natural woven cane back and an upholstered seat with mustard piping. The seat pad is a separate part, so when it wears or the scheme changes, the seat is replaced and the frame and cane stay.
Solid oak frames can be repaired and refinished; joints are glued and reinforced for commercial use, and a joiner can re-make them if needed. Cane is a natural rattan material, light and breathable.
The standard seat height is 46 cm for 74–76 cm dining tables. It pairs with any of our booths, especially the Cane Panel Back Booth and the Ash Joinery Booth.
