About

Green Banquette (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) makes restaurant booths and banquettes designed to be re-covered, repaired and reconfigured: removable cushions and covers, replaceable wear edges, bolted or pinned frames, and a choice of wool, recycled-content and plant-based coverings. Everything is made to order in our own production base in Foshan, China, from approved drawings, and shipped factory-direct.

Why Green Banquette exists

Restaurant seating has a short life. Rooms are refreshed every few years, booths are stripped out in a weekend, and most of them end up in landfill because they were never designed to be taken apart. Often the frame was sound; the fabric was simply tired, or the room's colour scheme changed.

Green Banquette is a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture built around one practical idea: seating should be designed so its parts can be replaced, re-covered and reconfigured. That means covers that come off, wear parts that unclip, frames that bolt rather than glue, and materials chosen and described accurately. We do not claim to make zero-impact furniture. We make booths that can stay in service longer, and we give you the information to describe them honestly.

Who we are

EASEN Commercial Furniture is a factory-direct manufacturer of restaurant, café, bar, hotel and outdoor furniture, based in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. Lecong is the world's largest furniture trading hub, with timber, foam, metal and textile suppliers close at hand, which lets us source and compare materials efficiently and make custom pieces at commercial scale.

We are transparent about distance: our furniture is made in China and shipped by sea. That is why we take packed volume seriously, offering flat-pack and knock-down designs that fit more seats in each container.

How we work

Every project begins with drawings. We issue shop drawings that show every separable part, with a parts list so replacement covers, cushions and wear strips can be ordered by reference years later. Production begins only after you approve the drawings and, on request, a pre-production sample.

Sizes, coverings (including COM), foam and finishes are specified per project. Fire-retardant foams and contract fabrics are specified to the destination market's rules on request, and test reports for specific items are provided when available. For materials with environmental attributes, such as recycled content, we pass on the supplier's data sheet and make no claim it does not support.

Typical lead times are 30–45 days for standard designs and 45–60 days for custom work after approval, plus transit, confirmed in each quote. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP.

Who we make for

Restaurant groups with environmental commitments, hospitality brands that report on their impacts, and designers working to reduce waste and embodied carbon in fit-outs, mainly in the UK, Europe and the United States.

Experience behind the line

Across EASEN, our team has furnished hospitality projects including a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing, the CHIO café-lounge in Guangzhou, a Sichuan restaurant in Hangzhou and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong. Hot pot and Sichuan dining is hard on upholstery, with steam, oil and constant turnover, and it taught us exactly which parts of a booth wear first. Green Banquette designs those parts to be replaced.

How we work

  1. 1

    Brief and priorities

Tell us the room, seat count and which outcomes matter most: longer service life, easier re-covering, specific materials or lower shipping volume. We suggest designs that address those priorities directly.

  2. 2

    Drawings and parts list

Shop drawings show every separable part: cushions, covers, wear edges, backs and fixings, with part numbers so replacements can be ordered later without guesswork.

  3. 3

    Materials and evidence

We confirm coverings, foam and timber, check fire requirements for your market, and collect supplier data sheets for fibre and recycled content before production.

  4. 4

    Sample and production

A pre-production sample on request, then production in Lecong: typically 30–45 days for standard designs and 45–60 days for custom work after approval.

  5. 5

    Pack, ship, maintain

Knock-down or flat-packed where the design allows, crated and labelled. You receive the parts list and care notes so future covers and wear parts can be ordered by reference.
