This pod creates a small, quiet room inside a larger one, for meetings over coffee, a working lunch or a private table in a busy space.
The pod has two facing upholstered benches in a beige felt-like fabric, joined by tall upholstered side walls and a roof canopy with a soft light line along its inner edge. The outside of one side is clad in light oak. A rectangular oak table stands on a solid timber column between the benches and has an inset power module. Both benches sit on dark recessed plinths.
How it is built. Benches, side walls and canopy are separate panels that bolt together on site. That means the pod ships flat, goes up without a full upholstery team and can be taken down and moved if the floor plan changes. Individual panels can be re-covered or replaced.
Power and lighting. The power module and lighting are specified to the destination market's electrical standards; installation by a qualified electrician is required.
Where it works. Co-working cafés, hotel lobbies, office canteens and quiet corners of restaurants.
Options. Fabric, timber finish, with or without canopy, power module type, lighting.
