Light oak and deep green make a fresher pairing than dark walnut, and this table leans into it. The sintered stone is a deep, leafy green with bright white and gold veins that cut across the top, and a pale champagne metal band runs around its edge.
The four legs are light oak, tapering to the floor with a flared, wing-like shoulder where they meet the frame. The pale timber and the champagne edge keep the whole table light, which is useful in small restaurants where a dark top might feel heavy. The oak shows its grain and takes an oil finish.
Longevity. The oak legs are separate solid parts and can be re-oiled or lightly sanded after years of knocks from chairs and trolleys. The stone does not absorb stains, and the top can be replaced independently if a different surface is wanted later.
Where it works. Cafés and restaurants with plants, oak banquettes, and olive or moss green upholstery.
