A booth run needs a table that will still look right in ten years, and a deep green stone top on solid timber legs is a sound place to start. The sintered stone is a dark forest green with bold white and charcoal veins, and a thin smoked-bronze band edges the top and its rounded corners. The surface is non-porous, so it does not stain or need sealing.
The four legs are tapered, walnut-tone timber, slightly splayed, and each ends in a small bronze metal cap. The caps protect the end grain from mop water, and the legs can be refinished or replaced without touching the stone. That is the point of a table built from separate parts: a worn leg is a repair, not a replacement.
Where it works. In front of a banquette or booth in bistros, hotel restaurants and wine bars with a green or dark-timber palette.
